Iris relects a cornucopia of flavors in a kaleidoscope rainbowlike facade. The 2016 vintage gave ideal ripening conditions. Iris Pinot Noir is rich with dark cherry aromas accented with notes of violets and spice. A lingering of vanilla and faint smoke from the barrel, finish this elegant work of art.
This label features artwork entitled “Tool of Dissent” by Saber, a legend in the grafiti world and a pioneer of the urban art movement. This blaze of color, expressive and captivating work is the artistic representation of this 2013 Pinot Noir.

Color: Deep Dark Red with Brown Hues | Nose: The nose is raisiny & earthy laden with elephant heart plum, black cherry, toasted oak and hints of violet. | Palate: On the front of the palate you get slow cooked dark stone fruit jam with a bold kick of toasted oak. The mid palate coats the mouth with mild hints of vanilla opening to the stewed plum & cherry. The sip finishes with slightly sweet undertones and low acid smoothness. | Finish: Long finish complete with flavors of plum jam & vanilla, toasted oak and hint of caramelized sugar. This is a true Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir.
