Color: Deep Dark Red with Brown Hues | Nose: The nose is raisiny & earthy laden with elephant heart plum, black cherry, toasted oak and hints of violet. | Palate: On the front of the palate you get slow cooked dark stone fruit jam with a bold kick of toasted oak. The mid palate coats the mouth with mild hints of vanilla opening to the stewed plum & cherry.
